The Redmi K70 Ultra, like its predecessor – the Redmi K60 Ultra, will be a performance-focused phone. It will become the “performance king” within the 3,000 Yuan (~$412) price range. According to reports, the K70 Ultra will feature the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset. It is the same chip that powers the iQOO Neo 9S Pro, which debuted a few weeks ago in China.

Wang Teng Thomas also mentioned that aside from the main chip, the Redmi K70 Ultra will feature a powerful independent graphics chip and an ice-sealed cooling system. Shown above is the retail box for the K70 Ultra, which shared by Thomas on Friday.

The brand recently confirmed that the Redmi K70 Ultra will be an IP68-rated dustproof and water-resistant device. As per reports, it will have a flat 8T OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. For better durability, it will have a metal middle frame.

The D9300+ powered phone is expected to arrive with up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and a 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging. It might have a 20-megapixel front camera for selfies, and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit on its rear panel.

For those who don’t know, a tweaked version of the Redmi K70 Ultra with better cameras is expected to debut with the Xiaomi 14T Pro moniker in the global market in the coming weeks.
