Huawei‘s tablet lineup is shaping up to be a busy one, with yet another mysterious device appearing on the certification circuit. The MatePad MRO-W00 has just received its 3C certification in China, hinting at an imminent launch.

This follows closely on the heels of the MRO-W00’s radio approval two weeks ago, which revealed support for Beidou satellite SMS – a feature not commonly seen on tablets. Now, the 3C listing confirms support for a hefty 100W fast charger.

The certification details also mention the model number HW-200500C02 for the fast charger, but beyond that, specifics about the tablet itself are scarce. Additionally, the MRO-W00 has also received certifications for wireless LAN and Bluetooth functionality, alongside a NearLink certificate.

While we are still uncertain about the name of the tablet, a tipster on Weibo revealed that Huawei is preparing to launch six new products this month, one of which is the MatePad SE tablet.

The Huawei MatePad Tab SE tablet has been leaked recently and is expected to feature a Snapdragon 685 processor, a 7700mAh battery, and a 1920×1200 resolution screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will run on HarmonyOS 4.2.0.

Based on this information, we suspect that the MRO-W00 is the MatePad SE. Additionally, the tipster revealed that Huawei will launch the following products in July:

– Sound Joy2 Portable Speaker

– Sound X 4 Speaker

– Maimang 30 Phone (expected to be sold via Huawei Smart Selection)

– Smart Screen S5 Pro

– Lingxi Remote Control Kit for Smart Screen S3 Pro

While the exact details of the MatePad MRO-W00 are still under wraps, the 3C certification combined with the previous radio approval suggests a launch is on the horizon. Whether it’s the MatePad SE or something entirely new, we’ll likely know more in the coming weeks.
