Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station revealed the key specs of the Oppo Pad 3 towards the end of last month. Now he has revealed some more information about the upcoming tablet from Oppo. He claims that the Oppo Pad 3 will equip the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

He also added that the device would come with an NFC coil and will support cross-terminal file management. In addition, it brings communication sharing 2.0 to share 5G connectivity, answer dual-sim calls, receive SMS, and more. The features are reportedly integrated deeply into ColorOS.

The tablet has already passed 3C certification which confirms the support for 67W fast charging.

The Oppo Pad 3 boasts a 12.1″ LCD screen that has an aspect ratio of 7:5. The display panel offers a resolution of 3000 x x2120 (3K) and a pixel density of 304PPI. It supports a peak brightness of 900 nits. The display will also support the second-generation Oppo Stylus pen.

As previously revealed by the tipster, the tablet equips a total of two cameras – a 13MP one on the back and an 8MP one on the front. The front camera enables 2D facial recognition for unlocking.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset is expected to be paired with 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage. And the system will be powered by a 9510 mAh battery and support 67W fast charging. Notably, the battery capacity and charging speed are the same as the Oppo Pad 2. For wired connectivity, the device will equip a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port.
