Car enthusiasts have all the more reason to be excited today after a flurry of road test spy photos, allegedly depicting Xiaomi Auto’s first SUV, emerged online. While official details remain scarce, these leaked images provide a potential glimpse into the design language of Xiaomi as it enters the SUV market.

Reports are hinting towards a 2025 release date for the SUV

Previously known by its internal codename MX11, reports suggested a 2025 release for this SUV. However, concrete information about the vehicle has been limited.

The heavily camouflaged exterior in the spy photos offers a few hints. The front appears sleek with a clamshell-style hood. A roof-mounted laser radar, similar to the pebble-shaped unit seen on the Xiaomi SU7, is also visible. Other details include side cameras, yellow brake calipers, and five-spoke wheels, echoing design elements from the SU7.

The overall silhouette leans towards a sportier aesthetic, with a fastback-coupe design featuring a smooth, curving roofline that flows into the rear of the car.

While the authenticity of these leaked photos remains unconfirmed, they have certainly ignited curiosity surrounding Xiaomi Auto’s future SUV offering.
