Vivo has just unveiled a brand-new smartphone model in India. The company’s latest model is the Vivo Y58 5G, which is its latest mid-range handset. It arrives with a premium watch design and some capable specs. So here are all the details.

The Vivo Y58 sports a tall 6.72-inch LCD panel that offers Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,024 nits of peak brightness, and global DC dimming. Under the hood, it is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, which is paired with Adreno 613 GPU. You get 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device supports virtual RAM expansion of up to 8GB and a microSD card slot to upgrade your storage. Talking about its dimensions, the Vivo Y58 weighs 199 grams and measures 8mm in thickness. It has a large circular camera module at the back, which makes it resemble a high-end watch.
The smartphone runs on the Android 14 OS based FunTouchOS 14 custom skin out of the box. A massive 6,000mAh battery pack powers this device, which supports 44W wired fast charging. For optics, you get a 50-megapixel AI primary camera and a 2-megapixel bokeh sensor along with an LED flash on the rear. Meanwhile, the front houses an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. The Chinese brand announced the new mid-range smartphone in two color options, namely Sundarbans Green and Himalayan Blue.
