Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Red Magic is foraying into the laptop segment. Now, the brand has officially revealed the launch date of its first-ever gaming laptop in China. It is set to debut next month. Red Magic has also shared a few teasers on its official Weibo handle confirming key details about the upcoming offering. 

Red Magic Gaming laptop launch date announced 

The Red Magic Gaming laptop is set to launch in China on July 3 at 7 pm local time. The brand teased some key details in separate Weibo posts. One of the images suggests that the laptop will come with AI features. It is seen with narrow bezels surrounding the display. 

The Red Magic Gaming laptop is confirmed to be powered by a 14th-generation Intel Core i9 processor. It will also be equipped with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU onboard. This should ensure a powerful performance. We can also expect the laptop to be announced in another hardware configuration. Notably, the aforementioned hardware details are in line with the upcoming offering’s Geekbench listing. The database also revealed 16GB RAM. 

This is everything that Red Magic has officially revealed about its first laptop at the moment. We can expect more details in the days leading up to the launch event. 

As per the 3C certification listing, the Red Magic Gaming laptop will come with support for 280W charging made by BYD. It has also passed Bluetooth, WiFi, and CMIIT certifications. The device is expected to feature an RGB backlit logo on the lid. 

For those unaware, Red Magic already offers peripherals like gaming mouse, keyboards, and monitors. The brand recently announced the Gaming Mouse 1S and Mechanical Keyboard 1S aimed at gamers. Both come with RGB lightning and a range of features with the keyboard also having a 1.47-inch display.
