Realme launched the Realme GT 6 smartphone in India earlier today. As expected, alongside the device, the brand also announced the Realme Buds Air6 Pro in the country. The latest TWS earphones join the Buds Air6 (hands-on review) that debuted last month. The Pro variant has upgraded and better specifications compared to the standard mode. It competes against the likes of the OnePlus Buds 3, Nothing Ear (a), Redmi Buds 5 etc in the market. 

Realme Buds Air6 Pro specs 

The Realme Buds Air6 Pro has the same design as the standard model. The stem and earbuds with silicone ear tips look like the Apple AirPods Pro. The earphones are IP55-certified dust and water-resistant. The audio device comes with an in-ear detection feature. 

On the audio front, the Realme Buds Air6 Pro are equipped with an 11mm woofer and 6mm micro-plannar tweeter for delivering powerful bass and a treble. With active noise cancellation, the TWS earphones are capable of eliminating any surrounding noise up to 50 dB. They also intelligently adjust noise reduction depending on the environment. The audio device offers Hi-Res audio with LDAC codec for streaming original quality audio. Additionally, there is 360-degree spatial audio for an immersive listening experience. 

Each earbud is equipped with three microphones along with ENC for crystal clear quality on calls. There is also a personalized audio algorithm that delivers customized sound based on a 5-minute hearing test. 

The Realme Buds Air6 Pro feature Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity along with Google Fast Pair support. They can be connected to two devices simultaneously. The earbuds are claimed to offer 10 and 7.5 hours of usage with ANC disabled and enabled respectively. The battery life extends to 40 hours with the charging case. 

The Realme Buds Air6 Pro carries a price tag of Rs 4,999 but can be purchased at Rs 4,199 with bank offer and additional discount. They are offered in Silver Blue and Titanium Twilight colors and can be purchased from the brand’s official website, Flipkart, and offline stores starting June 27.
