HTC has launched the U24 Pro in Taiwan with a starting price of around $585. The smartphone offers key features, such as a 120Hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 7-series chipset, 50-megapixel triple rear cameras, wireless charging support, and more. Starting from the front, the HTC U24 Pro boasts a 6.8-inch OLED dual-curved display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It also includes a front-facing LED dual-color notification light.

For photography, the device features a 50-megapixel front camera. On the back, it has a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto portrait lens with 2x optical zoom. The camera system is enhanced with AI features such as AI-optimized group photos, AI gesture GIFs, AI low-light portrait enhancement, and 4K video recording.

The HTC U24 Pro features the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256 GB / 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It is equipped with a 4,600mAh battery that supports 60W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging. The device comes preinstalled with Android 14.

Other features of the HTC U24 Pro include a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB-C port, dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. For security, it has an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The U24 Pro measures 8.98mm in thickness and weighs 198.7g.

The HTC U24 Pro has arrived in two options in Taiwan. The 12GB+256GB base model costs TWD 18,990 (~$585) and the higher 12GB+512GB edition is priced at TWD 20,999 (~$650).  It is available in two color options: Space Blue and Twilight White. The release of the U24 Pro in markets outside of China remains uncertain.
