As per a new leak, the Samsung Galaxy Watch FE is likely to be launched on June 24. This reveal, courtesy of source MysteryLupin on platform X (formerly Twitter), comes a few weeks ahead of the Galaxy Watch 7/X series launch. What’s interesting is, the watch was just recently leaked on its Amazon Page when it was prematurely listed. Read more about that here.

The watch is expected to be priced at 199 Euros at launch

The “FE” stands for Fan Edition, a special line of products Samsung offers to cater to their fans. This is the first time Samsung is releasing an FE version for the Galaxy Watch lineup. Previous leaks suggest the Galaxy Watch FE will sport three color options: black, silver, and pink gold, all priced at 199 Euros (approximately 1,565 Yuan, or $215 ).

Expected to be an entry-level wearable, the Galaxy Watch FE is rumored to borrow heavily from the existing Galaxy Watch 4, potentially including a cellular data version. The watch is expected to feature a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 396 x 396 pixels. Under the hood, it might pack an Exynos W920 dual-core 1.18GHz processor paired with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. Battery life is expected to be around 30 hours thanks to the 247mAh battery. The software side is said to be handled by Samsung One UI Watch 5.0 based on Wear OS. In terms of sensors, the Galaxy Watch FE might come equipped with an accelerometer, barometer, bioimpedance analysis, ECG sensor, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, brightness sensor, and heart rate (optical).
