Oppo had launched the Reno 11F earlier this year as a new mid-range smartphone model. Now, it appears that a successor to this device is also in the works. A fresh certification sighting has confirmed the Reno 12F along with some of its features. So here are all the details.

The Chinese tech giant’s Reno 12F was seen on the FCC certification carrying the CPH2637 model number. This upcoming smartphone was listed with the VCB4JAUH and BLPA79 model numbers for its battery pack and charging adapter. On the TUV Rheinland database, the battery capacity and fast charging rates were also revealed. The BLPA79 is a 4,870mAh cell, which will likely be rated as 5,000mAh on the Reno 12F.

Meanwhile, the UL Demko certification confirmed that the VCB4JAUH charging adapter is a 45W wired fast charger. Just earlier today (31st May 2024), the Reno 12F was spotted on multiple certifications in different countries as well, which includes Malaysia’s SIRIM, India’s BIS, and UAE’s SIRIM. The Camera FV-5 database also confirmed some of its camera specifications, which is a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back with an f/1.8 aperture and 4mm focal length. The front houses a 50-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a 3.2mm focal length.
