The Haibao 06 DM-i embraces the Ocean Net family design with sharp headlights, a flowing fastback profile, and trendy taillights. It comes in four colors: Qinhai Green, Warm Smoky Tea, Snow White, and Atlantis Gray. Slightly narrower than the Qin L DM-i, it offers comfortable seating for five and ample luggage space.

The driver-oriented cockpit features a floating central control screen (available in 12.8 or 15.6 inches) with DiLink intelligent network system. Unique wavy seat textures and a blend of curves and color-blocking create an ocean-inspired ambiance. Standard features include an 8.8-inch instrument cluster, NFC digital key, and original ETC (electronic toll collection).

The Haibao 06 DM-i comes in five configurations, starting at 99,800 yuan. You can choose between two battery sizes (10.08kWh or 15.874kWh) offering either an 80km or 120km pure electric range (CLTC). Both utilize BYD’s reliable lithium iron phosphate blade battery technology. Power comes from a 1.5L engine paired with either a 120kW or 160kW electric motor, delivering a maximum speed of 180km/h.

The fifth-generation DM technology promises exceptional fuel efficiency. Official testing yielded impressive results, with average fuel consumption as low as 1.79 liters per 100km and a potential combined driving range exceeding 2,300km. This technology utilizes AI for optimized energy management, further enhancing efficiency.
