The Tuatara, known for holding the record for the fastest production car with speeds exceeding 300mph, and the Tuatara Striker, praised for its versatility and futuristic design, will be available in-game until July 9th. Players can choose from two colorways for each car: Rose Phantom and Sky Crane for the Tuatara, and Dawn’s Edge and Blue Nightscape for the Tuatara Striker.

This collaboration isn’t purely aesthetic. SSC vehicles are known for their powerful twin-turbocharged V8 engines, and players can expect these to translate into high speeds within the game.

The introduction of these hypercars follows the recent update to PUBG Mobile which introduced a 120fps option for the first time. This update caters to the growing number of flagship smartphones that now support this higher frame rate.

This isn’t the first time PUBG Mobile has partnered with a car manufacturer. In the past, they’ve collaborated with Aston Martin and Tesla, offering players a chance to virtually drive these luxury vehicles.

Regardless of the practicality, adding new and exciting vehicles keeps the gameplay fresh and allows players to experiment with different strategies. Whether you’re using these hypercars to make a daring escape or simply want to show off your virtual wealth, the Tuatara and Tuatara Striker are sure to add a touch of adrenaline-pumping excitement.

In addition to the new cars, the PUBG Mobile team has also teased the upcoming release of official SSC maps for World of Wonder. However, specific details about these maps haven’t been revealed yet.
