Xiaomi’s ecological chain partner Viomi has unveiled its Super 2 Max water purifier in China. The new Viomi water purifier has a 12000G dual-core, high-throughput design with an initial flow rate of up to 2.96L/min. The device can fill a 150ml cup in three seconds and it adopts a 6-layer fine filtration technology.
The Viomi Super 2 Max water purifier has a dark tone and a sharp shape design. It comes with several layers of technology to deliver safe drinking water to the family. It is equipped with a high-pressure foaming chamber that effectively sterilizes bacteria and removes pesticide residues from the water. The water purifier uses a powerful centralized flushing technology that effectively eliminates fouling and maintains sufficient water volume. The RO filter of the purifier can last for 6 years, according to the company.
The Super 2 Max uses non-woven PP protection to prevent the buildup of black water and it can remove heavy metal particles by up to 99.8%. The product can be connected to the Yunmi HomeMap and receive useful information through the app. The smart screen display of the purifier is attached to the faucet and makes the display of water quality and other information easily accessible.
The launch price of the Viomi Super 2 Max water purifier is 2,999 yuan (~$436). The product will revert to its original price of 4,999 yuan (~$727) after the launch period. The Super 2 Max is available for pre-order from selected retail platforms in China. There are no details yet on the subsequent availability of the product in overseas markets.
