We have been hearing a lot about the iQOO Z7 for the last few days. The brand has been officially teasing the features of the smartphone ahead of its official debut in India.

Today, thanks to an interview, we know almost everything about this upcoming device. The details come from the company’s Indian CEO himself.

iQOO Z7

Nipun Marya, the CEO of iQOO India, sat down with Gadgets360 for an interview to promote the forthcoming iQOO Z7. In his conversation with the media house, he revealed all the key features of the handset.

First and foremost, the iQOO Z7 will launch in India on March 21. This goes in line with a premature google ad from last weekend

The executive says that the device is exclusively designed for India. This again confirms that the iQOO Z7 for China will be a different smartphone.

As far as specs are concerned, the phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC. This explains the AnTuTu score of 480,000.

Further, the handset will sport an AMOLED display with a fingerprint sensor underneath it. It will also arrive with an OIS-assisted 64MP primary camera.

Finally, it will boot Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13 and will carry support for 44W fast charging.

All of these specs make it sound like a phone retailing under ₹25,000. However, the CEO confirms that the iQOO Z7 will actually cost under ₹20,000.
