OnePlus has been teasing the launch of its new smartphones — OnePlus Ace and OnePlus 10R in different regions. Both the phones are set to get launched later this month and now the company has revealed what most of us had speculated.

The company has confirmed that the OnePlus Ace and the OnePlus 10R are the same smartphone but aimed at different markets. While the Ace will be launched in the Chinese market, the 10R will be a global model.

The company has also confirmed that despite being the same phone, they won’t get launched on the same day. The OnePlus Ace is all set to go official in the Chinese market on 21st April while the OnePlus 10R will be launched a week after that, on 28th April.

The brand has already revealed that it is set to launch three devices at the upcoming 28th April event. Along with the OnePlus 10R, the company will launch the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite and the OnePlus Nord Buds.

Although the Ace and 10R smartphones from the brand are the same phones, there could be some minor changes between the devices. For instance, the OnePlus Ace is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor while the OnePlus 10R will pack the MediaTek Dimensoty 8100-Max chipset.

Based on the previous leaks and rumors, the OnePlus 10R will feature a 6.7-inch E4 AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ support. It will pack up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.

In the camera department, the device will have a triple-camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor. On the front side, the phone will have a 16-megapixel snapper for taking selfies and video calling.

The phone is already confirmed to pack a 4,500mAh battery and feature 150W SuperVOOC fast charging support. With that, the phone is expected to charge from 0 percent to 100 percent in less than 17 minutes.
