Meizu has recently confirmed that it will be announcing the Meizu 16s Pro smartphone on Aug. 28. Multiple leaks have revealed the specifications of the smartphone. The smartphone has also appeared on AnTuTu to reveal some of its specs. A leaked document containing the key specs of the Meizu 16s Pro is now doing rounds on Weibo.

The leak document states the Meizu 16s Pro will be featuring the latest 7nm Snapdragon 855+ that tags along Adreno 640 graphics. Rumors surrounding the smartphone have claimed that the smartphone will come preloaded with the all new Flyme 8 UI. However, the new leak reveals that the Flyme 7.8 and it will bring along latest edition of OneMind 3.5 AI engine.

Meizu 16s Pro leaked document reveals specs

The leak further states that the Meizu 16s Pro will be coming in 6 GB and 8 GB RAM models in China. However, previous leaks had claimed that the phone could be arriving with up to 12 GB of RAM. According to the AnTuTu listing of the Meizu 16s Pro, its 6 GB RAM edition will be arriving with an internal storage of 128 GB. Hence, there is a possibility that its 8 GB RAM edition could be equipped with a native storage of 256 GB.

The Meizu 16s that was unveiled in April this year in China has a 6.2-inch full HD+ display. Probably, the Pro sibling will be coming with a larger screen of around 6.5 inches. The 16s Pro will carry support for 1080 x 2232 pixels full HD+ resolution. It will carry support for in-screen fingerprint reader. The screen may support 90Hz refresh rate.

The Meizu 16s Pro will come preloaded with Android 9 Pie OS. It could be housing a 4,010mAh battery. The 3C listing of the smartphone has confirmed that it will be shipped with a charger that supports 24W fast charging. Rumors have it that it will support wireless charging. The rear shell of the Meizu 16s Pro will be equipped with 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 triple cameras. For capturing selfies, it may sport a front camera of 20-megapixel. The handset is expected to arrive in Blue, White and Green color variants.
