The Huawei Nova 5i Pro is an upcoming smartphone from the company. Multiple leaks have already revealed plenty of information about the smartphone. Rumors are rife that the same phone will be debuting soon in China as Huawei Mate 30 Lite. The handset has already with full specs on the database of China’s TENAA telecom authority. A leakster from China has shared fresh images of Nova 5i Pro on Weibo. The SPN-AL00 model number present on it suggests that the images actually belong to the Mate 30 Lite smartphone.

The images of the Huawei Mate 30 Lite show that it features a punch-hole display. The rear design is very similar to the Mate 20 smartphone from last year. There is a square-shaped camera module present on the backside of the phone it includes an LED flash and three camera sensors. A fingerprint scanner is available below the camera system. The Mate 30 Lite’s back panel features a textured glass rear that is fitted with a square-shaped camera system that includes four camera sensors and an LED flash alongside it.

The text mentioned alongside the quad camera setup of the Mate 30 Lite reads that it features a 48-megapixel primary lens. Below the camera setup is a fingerprint reader. The volume rocker and power button are positioned on the right edge of the device.

Huawei Mate 30 Lite Specifications

The Mate 30 Lite (SPN-AL00 / TL00) TENAA listing reveals that is equipped with 6.26-inch IPS display that supports full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The 7nm Kirin 810 chipset will be present at the helm of the Mate 30 Lite with up to 8 GB of RAM. The smartphone will arrive with a maximum internal storage of 256 GB.

The EMUI 9 based Android 9 Pie OS will be preinstalled on the device. The 4,000mAh battery of the smartphone will carry support for 20W rapid charging. It will be sporting a front camera of 32-megapixel. Its rear shell includes a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera system. There is no information available on the pricing and availability of the smartphone.

The Mate 30 series of flagship phones are expected to go official in October. However, now that the Mate 30 Lite has passed TENAA certification, it may debut as early as next month. The same phone could be heading to European markets as Nova 5i Pro.
