The Redmi Note 7 Pro originally launched in two configurations – 4GB RAM + 64GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB. The phone will now also be available with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage.

The announcement was made on Twitter by Manu Kumar Jain today. The new variant is priced at INR 15,999 (~$230) and is targeted at those who want more RAM but are fine with just 64GB of storage.

The tweet also revealed the new variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro will go on sale tomorrow at noon and will be available for purchase on Mi.com and on Flipkart.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro has a 6.3-inch FHD+ Dot Drop Display. It is covered with Gorilla Glass 5 on both sides and comes in Nebula Red, Neptune Blue, and Space Black. There is a Snapdragon 675 processor under the hood. Irrespective of the variant you buy, users can add more storage via the hybrid SIM slot.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro has a 48MP primary rear camera paired with a 5MP sensor while a 13MP camera is in front for selfies and video calls. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and 4000mAh battery that charges via a USB Type-C port and supports Quick Charge 4.
