The ZenFone 4 (2017) was announced in August 17 2017 by ASUS in Taiwan.
The device is powered by Qualcomm’s 630 or 660 processor, dependent on the variant. Processors are paired with 4GB or 6GB RAM respectively and both have 64GB base internal storage, with the option to expand up to 2TB via MicroSD.
The ZenFone 4 has a 5.5 inch (FHD) IPS display. Like the ZenFone 4 Pro, the fingerprint sensor is located at the bottom-center of the device.
The smartphone comes with a dual-camera setup consisting of a 12-megapixel (f/1.8) and 8 megapixel sensor. Its frontal selfie camera is a 8-megapixel (f/2.0) sensor.
The device supports the latest Bluetooth v5.0, dual-band WiFi (up to ac), USB-C and GPS supporting GLONASS and BeiDou Navigation.
The ZenFone 4 (2017) is ASUS’ sub-Flagship device, with the ZenFone 4 Pro acting as its Flagship device.
