Xiaomi has released the MIJIA Night Light 3 with a long battery life in China. The Xiaomi MIJIA Night Light 3 has a built-in Lithium battery that can last for up to 8 months, according to the company. The new light is the third iteration of the original MIJIA Night Light.

The Xiaomi MIJIA Night Light 3 has a round appearance, unlike its predecessor which delivered direct light. It adopts a back-illumination scheme with adjustable angles and uses the diffusion reflection principle to evenly scatter natural light. The soft light effect fully creates a comfortable illumination of the room. There are two levels of light – high and low, and this can be easily selected to suit your mood.
The MIJIA Night Light 3 has a photosensitive plus human body dual sensor with a sensing angle of up to 120 degrees. The forward sensing distance is 5 meters while the two sides are 3 meters. The Night Light 3 is equipped with a 600mAh battery and can be charged via USB-C with a full charge taking 3 hours to complete. Remarkably, the light can last for up to 8 months on low brightness mode. The light has a brightness adjustment button as well as adjustable hidden buttons. The hidden buttons can be turned off, put always on, or put on sensor mode.
The Xiaomi MIJIA Night Light 3 has built-in magnets which makes the installation of the light easy on metal surfaces. It has a 3M adhesive base for a firmer placement on surfaces.

The Xiaomi MIJIA Night Light 3 is available on Xiaomi Mall with a retail price of 59 yuan ($8). Likely, the new MIJIA Night Light 3 will subsequently be available in several other markets outside China.
