The itel S24 was officially announced in India earlier this week. Now, the new smartphone has gone on sale in the region with a 108-megapixel primary camera, 90Hz display, and a massive battery for a budget price tag. So let’s check it out.

The company’s latest smartphone is a budget entry that sports a 6.6-inch HD+ display that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The front also packs an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. Meanwhile, the rear features a 108-megapixel primary camera, with a secondary depth sensor. Under the hood, the MediaTek Helio G91 SoC that is paired with 8GB of RAM that can be further expanded via virtual RAM expansion by up to 8GB. There is even 128GB of internal storage.
A massive 5,000mAh battery pack powers this device, which supports 18W wired fast charging with a USB Type-C port. Other notable features include dual DTS speakers, side mounted fingerprint scanner, dual flash on the front, and punch hole cutout screen. This device runs on the Android 13 OS based itel OS 13.5 custom skin.
Pricing and Availability
The itel S24 is available in two color options, namely Starry Black and Dawn White. It is currently listed for purchase on Amazon India for a 10,999 INR price tag (roughly 132 US Dollars). The company is even offering the smartphone with an itel 42 smartwatch model for free.
