TCL has launched a new TV in the Chinese market — TCL 100X6C, which comes with 100-inch display and carries a whooping price tag of 79,999 Yuan that roughly converts to $11,385. However, this is not the largest screen-size TV to be available in the market as  Sharp has already exhibited a 120-inch production model of its TV that has a model number UDE2019.

With a price tag of 79,999 Yuan (~$11,385), this TCL television is the cheapest one when it comes to TVs with over 90-inch screen. With the launch of this new TV, TCL has now joined a list of major TV manufactures with a large sized display.

Samsung QA98Q900RBJXXZ comes with 98-inch panel for a price of 499,888 Yuan which roughly converts to $71,138 while Sony‘s 98-inch TV with model number KD-98Z9G is priced at 529,999 Yuan (~$75,423). As mentioned above, Sharp has already showcased its 120-inch television which is priced at 1,500,000 Yuan that is roughly $213,462.

While TCL’s is the cheapest TV among the ones mentioned above, it must be noted that almost all of them come with 8K resolution (7680 x 4320 pixels) support while the TCL’s TV comes with 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) support.

It seems that the TCL 100X6C comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage as well as 120Hz refresh rate, 2.1 stereo audio, Dolby DTS sound, among others. Overall, this TCL television seems to be a great value-for-money offering.
